Roasted Carrot Hummus

Sourced from North Pacific farmers who cultivate non-gmo and single origin chickpeas, our hummus harmonizes beautifully with other plants. Smooth and creamy, our Classic is a canvas to carrots...a pair made in food heaven. Serve it warm or chilled, the hint of sweetness from the carrots gave us dessert vibes. We enjoyed it with pita chips, apples and in nourish bowls.

  • 2 Medium Carrots; chopped to 1/2 inches

  • 2 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
  • 1 8oz container of Classic Hummus

  • 2-3 Tablespoons water


  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. On a cookie sheet, add the carrots and extra virgin olive oil, and roast for 12-15 minutes or until tender.
  3. In a blender, add the roasted carrots, the remainder of extra virgin olive oil, and water. Pulse until everything is fully incorporated into a mixture.
  4. Add the Classic Hummus and blend until smooth.


Garnish with your choice of a drizzle of evoo, pine nuts or a delicious olive tapenade. Serve with fresh veggies or warm pita and enjoy!
