Marrakech Roasted Brussel Sprouts

It's officially fall and roasted Brussel sprouts are a delicious and warm addition to salads. Make a big batch and serve as veggie dish to any meal, add to salads, and meal prep for busy days.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds Brussel sprouts; trimmed and halved
- 1 Tablespoon Marrakech spice blend
- A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
- A dash of sea salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- On a baking sheet, add Brussel sprouts, Marrakech spice blend, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, and mix till fully incorporated.
- Roast for 30-45 minutes.
- Serve on salads or as an appetizer

Notes
- You can find barberries in Middle Eastern stores.
- To bloom saffron, add a couple of ice cubes to a glass and add crushed saffron for 20-30 minutes
