- 1 Container of Roasted Garlic & Cilantro Hummus
- 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 Lime; juiced
- 1 Cup Spinach
- 1/2 Cup Parsley
- 1/4 Cup Chives
- 1/2 Avocado
Directions
- In a blender, add all the ingredients beginning with liquids then to solids and blend until smooth
- Serve over salads or spread on toast
