Crunchy Marrakech Chickpeas

As the weather is getting warmer, we're craving refreshing salads with colorful seasonal ingredients and a crunchy topping. Bold, savory with a mild kick, try our Crunchy Marrakech Chickpeas recipe and satisfy your taste buds.

  • 2 15 Ounce cans of Chickpeas; drained and rinsed
  • 2-3 Tablespoons of Marrakech Spice blend
  • A drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • A dash of Sea salt
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder


  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Pat dry the chickpeas and remove all moisture.
  3. On your baking sheet, toss the chickpeas with Marrakech spice blend, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, and sea salt.
  4. Roast for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown.
