  • 1 slice batard bread
  • A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of Classic Hummus
  • 1 slice of heirloom tomato
  • A sprinkle of kosher salt
  • A handful of arugula micro-greens
  • A pop of pomegranate


  • In a small skillet, add evoo, when warm, toast the slice of the batard bread on both sides until crispy.
  • Smother the toast with hummus and top with tomato, sprinkle salt, arugula micro-greens, evoo, and top off with pomegranate.


Evoo is a great alternative to extra virgin olive oil.
